BIANCA AND BRIDGETT RETURN POLICY

Please read our returns policy below to ensure you are eligible for a return.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be received by Bianca and Bridgett within 7 business days from when you receive your item. We determine this date from the date received via your tracking.

Please note: We have a STRICT refund policy and refunds will NOT be issued after 7 business days. We advise sending all returns via Express Post to avoid Australia Post Delays and missing out on a refund.

Please make sure your parcel has visible contact details so we can enter it into our system to process your exchange/refund.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, must be unworn, must be unwashed, must be unmarked, must be unaltered and must be undamaged. Must be returned with the original swing tags attached to the garment as well as the original packaging including the box. Any garment returned that is stained in any way or has been dry cleaned or damaged will not be refunded.

Please note: Bianca and Bridgett reserve the right to refuse to provide a refund, should the garment not meet our requirements stated in this policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Please note: Any costs for postage to send the garment back to Bianca and Bridgett will be incurred at the customer’s expense. We advise to send with a tracking number to ensure the item is not lost.

We do not offer refunds on Sale Items, Promotional Items or if Discount Codes are applied. Please see policy below for Sale Items/Promotions/Discount Codes.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for jewellery.

We do not offer refunds for shoes. Exchanges only if unworn.

We do not offer refunds for Change of Mind.

We do not offer refunds if you have already purchased an item then re-purchased as a sale item.

We do not offer refunds after an exchange.

 

Exchanges/Credit Notes

To be eligible for an exchange or credit note, your item must be received by Bianca and Bridgett within 14 business days from when you receive your item. We determine this date from the date received via your tracking.

Once we have exchanged a full price item once, there is no eligibility for a refund.

For all second exchanges and Sale Items/Promotions/Discount Codes that are returned to be exchanged, a return post bag must be included in your return parcel at the customer’s expense. If a return post bag isn’t included, you will be invoiced for the cost of the return post bag. Once paid, we will process your exchange and post it back to you.

Credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and cannot be extended.

There is a $13.00 AUD exchange fee to paid before dispatch. 

 

International Customers

Refunds: 
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be received by Bianca and Bridgett within 14 business days from when you receive your item. We determine this date from the date received via your tracking. 

Exchanges/Credit Notes: 
To be eligible for an exchange or credit note, your item must be received by Bianca and Bridgett within 18 business days from when you receive your item. We determine this date from the date received via your tracking.

Sale Items/Promotions/Discount Codes

All Sale Items $100 and under are final sales. There will be no refunds, exchanges or credit notes for items $100 and under. 

If you have purchased a sale item over $100, a promotional item or applied a discount code to your order, you are entitled to a credit note only. Please see the return policy for Exchanges/Credit Notes.

With the exception of the discount code FIRST10. Where FIRST10 is used on a full priced item on your first order, you are still eligible for a refund.

 

Clearance/Sample Sale

All Clearance/Sample Sale items are FINAL sale. There will be no refunds, exchanges or credit notes for items purchased in the Clearance/Sample Sale section. 

 

Online Warehouse Sale

All ONLINE WAREHOUSE SALE items are FINAL sale. There will be no refunds, exchanges or credit notes for items purchased in the ONLINE WAREHOUSE SALE section. 

  

Pre Orders

Once a Pre-Order has been made, you are not entitled to a refund until you have received the item. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
